♥Thinspo♥

So today I was looking at some thinspo pics {as I do everyday lol} and thought I should just post them for other people to see. These pics are so helpful to me. Like today I had to cook for my little brother and sister, the menu was spaghetti and saucy meatballs. Yummo a fat girl's {aka me} dream! lol. I almost gave in too but then I came and looked up some pics of skinny bitches. Made me realise that spaghetti and meatballs would get me no where but looking like like the main attraction at sea world, or like Kirstie Alley.. Well same thing right. Haha. Personally, I prefer real girl thinspo wayyy more than airbrushed models. Ok without further ado, skinny bitches i wanna look like :}

Now most of these pics are just random pics that I found on the net but this is Kendall Jenner, yes the 14 year old sister of Kim Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. Now I knew she was tall but I didn't know she was friggin 5'9" and she's so tiny and gorgeous. Look at her waist dammit. I hope she doesn't get washed up before she's 18 though lol. Let's hope for the best.

Now I give this lady so much props.. How long did it take her to shed a second person?! Or maybe it isn't even her. lol Probably just for a weight loss ad. But if it is her WOW. Snaps to her

I don't think I even need to say anything for Nicole Richie except for wow WHAT a transformation

Jaslene Gonzales won America's Next Top Model Cycle something. I couldn't really be bothered to check but she is so tiny! She's 5'8" and weighs 105 pounds. My gw :) actually I lie, my gw is 97 but whatever she still looks amazing
BEFORE AND AFTER PICS
Now I lovee before and after pics the most because it gives me so much more motivation and hope.. Like if they can do it I most definitely can.

now this one is the most amazing... I wonder if she did it surgically or not..

I didn't even know Mischa was ever chunky.. I love her ♥

I love Jennifer Hudson. I think she was even bigger than in this before pic. If she can do it I can. I hope she keeps it off though.. I don't want another Kirstie Alley situation

uhhh im her height and I weigh more than her before pic... fail much

guy thinspo :) ♥

underwear woulda been great but that's just me

♥♥♥ this one

I honestly couldnt even believe this one... this is so AMAZING

BELLY PICS
Trying to distract myself from the greasy array of food in my kitchen right now.. Belly pics :) enjoy

♥♥♥

this is my personal favourite ♥

P.S. I'll keep posting thinspo pics as the days go on. Right now I don't feel like it so you can go look up your own thinspo pics if you want more lol.

I don't own any of these pictures so if you see a picture of yourself that you don't want here please contact me and I'll move it.

  8. Eewwwwwwwwww you girls have no idea about the long term consequences you'll put your body through in order to attain this falsified image of self worth and beauty. I nearly puked when I could see the skeletal structure of her thigh I honestly don't understand how you could confidently publish these image without realising that there was something wrong about it in the first place. Since you girls are conditioned to reach attainable beauty you'll find skinny and ana women shorthanded. There's more emphasis and focus on women with shape in the media.

  9. Dear girls,

I don't think skins and bones is the way a woman should look, cherish your curves it's the beauty of the female body!

  10. Some of these pictures show a healthy weight but others are far too thin. If you can see ribs jutting out that's generally a very bad sign. Please check that your BMI is within healthy limits before you set such a low target weight. It can be at the lower end, but it will mess your body up if you fall too far below it, trust me I know.

  12. Fantastic. These in NOTHING like the feel of a skinny bitch! They love it as well when you grab them by the hips and lift them up in the air. Makes them feel like little girls again...

  14. I just discovered your blog and I think it's very motivating! I see all these women that are like, "Ew, all these women are just skin and bones! Love the curves on your body!" blahblahblah. I don't know about you, but I usually don't want to look like the kinds of people that would say these things. Of course, I'm not looking to kill myself, but sometimes we all have these lazy days where we eat a lot and then regret it at the end of the day. I've found myself in the same routine for over 3 years of eating a lot, beating myself up over it, not eating anymore, happy about the way I look, feeling confident to eat a lot again, and then the cycles starts over. I think it's nice to have a place to go to like here when my hunger/boredom is greater than my motivation to keep a confident exterior.

  17. Think how much you could achieve if you didn't spend all your time thinking about food and wanting to be thin - usually much thinner than your body type will allow comfortably.

  18. Thank you for the inspiration !

  19. I'm a nineteen-year-old college student and I empathize with everyone's feelings. I struggle with body image and getting into a healthy eating and exercise routine. However, my struggle has become so much easier once I realized that my self-worth is not defined by how I look. All of us are wonderful, unique individuals with amazing gifts and talents. You have an enormous capacity to love others and serve the world with all the beautiful gifts, insights, passions, and quirks that make you YOU.

Every time you make someone smile, or say a kind word, or offer your support to a friend, you make an impact that is infinitely more beautiful, lasting, and real than any model on a magazine. We should love and respect our bodies, and yes, that means being as healthy as we can, but it also means not letting our body image define us. Because, at the end of the day, your HEART is what defines you, not your looks. An unknown author said, "A good body image isn't about knowing you're beautiful--it's about knowing you're MORE than beautiful."

So please, PLEASE do not think that you're good enough only if you're a certain weight or size. You will ALWAYS be MORE than enough, no matter your size, by virtue of the fact that you are a human being with an inherent dignity and beauty that nothing and no one can take away. By helping others, sharing your gifts, and knowing that your beautiful heart, not your looks, defines you, I promise you will be so much happier and will be taking steps to making the world a better place. :) <3

    2. no, words of someone who actually has a life. There is so much to a person, much more than their relationship with fucking gravity. That is all your weight is.
I get wanting to look good, fit, skinny, whatever but your health, family, career, and life in general is just so much more important.
I personally lost 16 kgs and in between suffered through eating disorders but now I am finally getting to a better place. Seriously, accepting yourself and living a HEALTHY life without obssessing over the number of calories, weight on the scale is a million times better way of living.

THESE PRO ANA, THINSPIRATION things are utterly disgusting and you know what? In worst case scenarios, you could be an accomplice to murder.

SO FUCKING educate yourself on health and nutrition before spreading information and influencing other people, specially young ones.

    3. I think deep down I know this, I don't mean the "I'm worthy" part, but the "this is disgusting and wrong" part. I am what you would probably consider young, and the social pressure at school to be thin and pretty is so fucking overwhelming, that it is extremely hard to not give in and just do what the rest of the girls and my friends are doing which is just starve, eat normal at lunch, go into the bathrooms and throw up, starve again. Its so conflicting because you know its wrong and extremely unhealthy, but when you are placed in a high school culture, where girls at school and your friends often pinch each others stomach fat and shame other people for not starving and throwing up, it is unimaginably difficult to say no. Ill admit, I am a freshman in highschool and I am starving myself right now. I came here in a really fucked up place because I gained two pounds this week. I think your comment was really helpful because it puts things into reality and real terms, and you talk about the long term health consequences. Overall, its really conflicting for me but at least your comment helped me a bit tonight.

  27. to anyone here: eat what your body tells you to. anorexia is not worth it, eating some pasta one night won't make you fat. treating yourself is healthy and normal, this is not. i eat pasta and avocado toast a few times a week yet I'm still 15 pounds underweight. give your body nutrition!
